SinoHub, Inc., founded in 2000 by veteran entrepreneur Harry Cochran and electronic component industry veteran Lei Xia to facilitate the electronics revolution in China, provides world-class supply chain management services with transparent information access for participants in the electronic components supply chain in China.

SinoHub provides products and services to suppliers and purchasers of electronic components in connection with the manufacture and assembly of electronic products in China. More than 90% of the company's revenues are derived from the sale of electronic components and assemblies to contract manufacturers and design houses that are engaged in the manufacture of mobile phones, network equipment and other electronics products in China. These sales are either procurement-fulfillment projects or one-off electronic component sales. In connection with the supply of these components and products, SinoHub also provides supply chain management services from which it derives less than 10% of the company's revenues.

China is now the world's largest consumer of electronic components, as well as the largest producer of electronic products, and SinoHub is well poised to capture significant, high growth opportunities in this growing market.
